This week, customers are once again upset with Glossier’s products and lack of customer service skills. One of Glossier’s products, the Classic Tumbler, seems to have been sold out immediately upon its seasonal restock. Customers complained that they were all bought by resellers who resell the product for 2x or more the original price. This week, Glossier did respond to one customer’s comment about how they have “the worst customer service”. Their response was simply that they “respond to every message in the order they receive them”, and to be patient during “this busy time of year”. Still, customers have many complaints about Glossier that their team almost never responds to, even though they continue to make more advertising posts. It is possible that Glossier will respond to these customer complaints soon, as they did with another product that customers had expressed their displeasure with before. However, it doesn’t look great when the company ignores the concerns of many customers.
